The research aimed to analyzing the proportion of daily abundance phytoplankton based on change in time best incubation period. implementation from November 2018 January 2019 marine waters Barrang Lompo Island. Water samples identify were taken by filtering 100 liters seawater using a plankton net. sampling was carried out at observation 10:00; 11.00; 12.00; 13.00; 14.00 period (10.00-14.00).
